George was born and raised in York, PA and graduated in 1993 from Spring Grove High School. George achieved his real estate license and became a full-time, licensed Realtor in 1996, at the young age of 21. He has received numerous awards for his outstanding achievements for listings and sales in the York County Real Estate Market. George started and currently owns his own construction company in 1999, which assist many home owners with many construction projects every year. George's genuine passion for assisting those folks who are in the midst of a hugely important and complicated process with the addition of one's major investment in real estate - that is what fuels George every day he steps out of bed We live in a dynamic community with abundant real estate potential. When a client decides to purchase a home in the area - George enjoys guiding that person through such an important and exciting process—whether it is a first time buyer or veteran home owner. Sam has been with The George Woods Team since 1996 and is our "behind the scenes" lady who is always there to support our Team! Sam’s knowledge of the York area is invaluable, having lived in York since 1971 she knows the area very well. Sam is the awesome Mom to 7 wonderful children and in her spare time enjoys spending quality time with her family and accomplishing the long lost art of "hairpin lace". |
