George was born/raised in York, PA and graduated in 1993 from Spring Grove High School. George achieved his real estate license and became a full-time, licensed Realtor in 1996, at the young age of 21. He has received numerous awards for his outstanding achievements for listings and sales in the York County Real Estate Market. George started and currently owns his own construction company in 1999, which assist many home owners with many construction projects every year. George's genuine passion for assisting those folks who are in the midst of a hugely important and complicated process with the addition of one's major investment in real estate - that is what fuels George every day he steps out of bed.

We live in a dynamic community with abundant real estate potential. When a client decides to purchase a home in the area - George enjoys guiding that person through such an important and exciting process—whether it is a first time buyer or veteran home owner. When it comes to relocating out of this area, or moving within the area, George looks forward to helping his clients get top dollar for their home.

Sandy Rudolph-Book Keeping Dept. Sandy’s 25 years of accounting, bookkeeping and purchasing knowledge is invaluable to the support of our Team. Within her 25 years of accounting experience can be included 20 years office management and 15 years of in-house Property Management. When not working Sandy finds time for motorcycling, riding horses, bicycling and reading. Sandy and her husband have 3 children.
	Michael McNeil-Buyer's Specialist Michael joins a strong Re/Max team with a well-developed background that includes 3 years of Naval Avionics, an Associate Degree in Education, 6 years of Nursing and 5 years working Cell Phone repair as a Production Supervisor. His diverse educational background gives him a unique advantage in helping clients achieve their goals quickly. With his high motivation and strong negotiating skills Michael will dedicate his time to seeking a win-win solution to all obstacles. Michael enjoys helping people and his goal is to help all his clients find the “Home of their Dreams”!
Sam Garner-Administrative Assistant Sam has been with The George Woods Team for 3 years and is our "behind the scenes" girl who is always there to support our Team! Sam’s knowledge of the York area is invaluable, having lived in York since 1971 she knows the area very well. Sam is the awesome Mom to 7 wonderful children and in her spare time enjoys spending quality time with her family and accomplishing the long lost art of "hairpin lace".
